Behind the Press: Year One
What started as a hobby — pressing designs late at night, unsure if anyone would actually buy — became something I now call a business. That shift didn't happen overnight, and it certainly didn't happen alone.
What started as a vision for elevated, editorial basics has grown into something I'm genuinely proud of: a collection of tees, sweatshirts, totes, and drinkware designed for women who move through the world with intention. Every piece pressed with care. Every colorway chosen deliberately.
Year one taught me a lot — about production, about my customers, about the difference between moving fast and moving right. There were late nights, shipments that tested my patience, and moments where I had to trust the process even when the numbers were small. But there were also first orders from strangers, glowing reviews, and the quiet confidence that comes from building something real.
To my repeat customers especially — the ones who came back a second and third time — you validated this more than you know. Thank you for supporting a women-owned small business. You're why Perfect Press Co. exists.
Here's to year two.
